The Big Island
This was our first Hawaiian island from our Hawaiian cruise. We took a tour through many highlights, including Volcanoes National Park where we witnessed active volcanoes. We also visited the Mauna Loa farm where got to sample and purchase the most delicious treats. The Big Island Candy store had the most divine chocolates! And we got to enjoy a true Hawaiian lunch at the Nani Gardens.
This was a beautiful, lush island that’s still growing from the active volcanoes. They’re always on the lookout for volcanic eruptions.
We took home so many delicious goodies, it’s a wonder that the island didn’t just float away from being so much lighter!
